Returns and exchanges: If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the product is intact, in its original condition, with all accessories, in its original packaging, and unused or unopened completely. Exemptions: - In case of receiving an incorrect/wrong product, no additional shipping fees will be charged, and the store will cover them. - We bear the human error in placing a wrong image of another product or a different name or other mistakes, and the product will be returned and exchanged if desired without additional shipping fees, provided it has not been used or opened by the customer and is returned in its original condition. - For returns for other reasons (customer needs to exchange the product or the customer's desire has changed in general), a shipping fee of 27 riyals to the warehouse will be charged to the customer. - In case of exchange, a shipping fee of 27 riyals from the warehouse to the customer will be charged in addition to the previous shipping fees. - Shipping fees and cash on delivery service fees are non-refundable in case of product return or exchange. - If the customer’s order was through Tamara, payments will continue until the exchange or return process is completed to avoid late penalties (Icon Store is not responsible for late fees incurred by the customer due to delayed payment). - When preparing to return the product, it must be in its original condition with all accessories, the attached instruction booklet, and in its original packaging. - We do not accept the return or exchange of any opened product with the seal permanently closed. - Icon Store has the right to approve or refuse the return of products that do not meet the above standards; such products will be returned to the customer at their own expense for shipping both ways. - Purchases paid with gift vouchers or credit cards cannot be refunded in cash. - Orders or parts of orders paid via Taba or Tamara cannot be returned. - The store has the right to cancel orders if they are out of stock or if there is a pricing error.
